About Jane James and Associates

Jane James and Associates has been built on over 35 years of experience within the care sector providing clients with well-balanced, robust and evidence based reports complying with Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.

We take instructions from both Defendant and Claimant solicitors as well as directly from insurers. We cover all of the UK, Ireland and travel Worldwide. We deal with all forms of expert witness care reporting from Quantum reports reporting on catastrophic injuries and complex care to liability reporting.

We work with every instructing party to assign the right expert to each case as we understand the importance of ensuring the experts have the correct skills and experience for their client. We pride ourselves in liaising directly with our instructing clients for a personalised service; right from the start of the initial enquiry through to the settlement of the matter.  We provide reports within 8 weeks of visiting the Claimant and where possible more urgent work can always be accommodated.
